3x3 Headspace Vial Rack

A simple rack for 22 mm headspace vials. The design is with 0.2 mm layer height in mind. The bolts are laying flat to get the best durability. My filament has quite poor layer to layer adhesion, so this worked better for me.

Instructions

You will need to print the following parts:
- 1 Bottom shelve
- 2 Upper shelves
- 4 Bolts
- 4 Caps
- 8 Spacers

Assembly is straight forward:
Insert the bolts from below into the bottom shelve and tack the other parts ontop in the following order:
1. Spacer
2. Upper shelve
3. Spacer
4. Upper shelve
5. Cap

If you want to be shure and don't need to dissasemble the whole thing again I would suggest putting a drop of superglue on the bolts before adding the cap. But it sits prety tight by itself.
