I work on a live show, and one of the automation consoles has three different variables that change on a nightly basis. Rather than go through a bunch of post-it notes noting each change, one of the technicians made a rough sketch that I then turned into this. Gravity and the triangular shape hold the spinners in place. Print it, then put a label on each of the spinners' faces as needed.
Print advice:
The base will be more stable if you increase the number of bottom layers, or just up the infill % since the design is inherently bottom-heavy.
It probably won't matter, depending on your other settings, but I printed the axle at 100% infill for simplicity. The axle and the base should have a close-enough tolerance that they don't need any glue. Since the axle is so small, I recommend printing faster so radiant heat from the hot end doesn't warp previous layers.
I printed the spinners standing upright, so bridging wasn't a factor.
