4" Drain Tile End Grate

I couldn't find a good drain cap for the green SDR drain pipe I installed for my gutters. So I designed this simple grate for the end of a 4" drain pipe. Both schedule 40 PVC and the green SDR drain/septic pipe. It is designed to be a snug fit, but you can scale it slightly if you want tighter or looser fit. The outside diameter of the flange is flush on the PVC version and about 1mm bigger in diameter on the SDR version. If you want a the flange to extend beyond the pipe to make it easier to remove, then you will need to adjust the "Pipe_Wall_Thickness" parameter in the Fusion 360 file which is included.

I have also included the Fusion 360 file. It is a parametric design so you can adjust the OD of the insert, the diameter of the ridges, the flange thickness, and the grate size.
