4 Inch Door Hinge Template

This is a jig for a copy router to produce cutouts for a 4" Door Hinge with a 1 1/2" Backset.

The copy plate is 1/2" thick to accomodate the stop on the exterior of a standard (US) residential door. Anchor holes provided to allow for a screw to hold jig during routering while being able to hide holes with finish trim.

The lack of radius' in the corners allows for the jig to be scaled to fit other sizes as needed without altering design in Fusion.
