4 Part Face Shield

This face shield frame is broken down into 4 pieces that can all fit onto the 4.9" x 4.9" bed of a Snapmaker (of course it will fit any other small printer too).

Printed with a .4mm nozzle, .3mm layer heights, no infill, and minimal supports, one frame can be printed per hour.

This model works with letter sized transparencies and a US 3-hole punch. But I used A4 laminated sheets and approximated the holes with a single hole punch. The plastic will stretch over the studs and hold tight.
