40 Caliber ballistic insert

Designed this base on some other designs I saw for other calibers here. Print these and press them into spent .40 caliber brass for "snap cap" type dummy rounds (good for malfunction drills and whatnot.) Also has a "press base" that I use in conjunction with a regular old clamp to help press the insert into the brass with equilateral pressure.
