Mason Jar Handle Remix1

The original was very well designed, but I needed three minor refinements:

~ A slot to accept a cable tie to lock the handle onto the jar
~ Two grooves to hold the tie in place
~ A slight haircut on the top of the handle to clear the metal ring of the jar
