Kossel Effector for E3D v6 Hotend

This is a modification of the standard kossel effector with an optional push fit mount, in case the original plastic clip quits its duty. The push fit thread is 1/8" Rp. The overall polycount was also increased and the effector heigt decreased to 5.5mm. The mount was originally planned to be done by a printed collar which fits the E3D mounting notch to the M3 threads, but since it has become a pretty good press fitting (the effector was in fact 16.2mm instead of the 16mm in the official drawings
