Parametric soap dish with suction cup holes

This is a parametric soap dish, separated to speed up printing (Slic3r's cooling settings easily double the time taken for tall towers).
This requires McNeight's MCAD tree to compile with OpenSCAD, and OpenSCAD git, as I use the 2D offset() function.
