AM8 MGN12H X-carriage for direct extruder with BMG clone + fan mount

I did not find a proper x-carriage for my AM8 with MGN12H rails so I took a file for some other extruder from Ben's AM8 mod and added the plate which holds the stepper motor holder.
It was not really complicated, but I was asked for the design when I posted a photo of the printer to facebook, so I decided to publish it here also.
