In Sweden apartment blocks often have community laundry rooms with booking boards. On these boards lockable pegs are placed to book a certain time slot. However, with the years and tenants moving in and out the keys to these pegs or the complete peg may disappear. Replacement locks are available but usually cost about 300:- SEK (30 USD or 30 €).

This is a simple key-less replacement, which means that someone else might cancel your booking.
