Telephone Receiver Hook for AT&T CL4940

This is a receiver hook for AT&T CL4940 phones, as well as possibly other similar phones like the CL2940. It seems recent corded landline phones still have very comprehensive mounting slots on the back for wall mounting (I assume this is covered by some international engineering standard), but the way of actually keeping the receiver hung up when the phone is wall-mounted seems to be a complete afterthought.
