4040 Extrusion End Hinge

This is an end hinge for 4040 aluminum extrusion profiles. The hinge is comprised of two parts: "1" and "2". One of each part must be printed in order to complete a single hinge. The extrusion center hole must be tapped M8.

Assembly:
Once the extrusions are tapped and the hinge parts are printed, use the low profile socket head M8 screws to fix the hinge parts to the extrusions. Then use the M6 hardware to secure the two halves of the hinge together.
