4040 Profile Printer Rack

I just wanted to show you my DIY Rack for my 3d Printer and my 2d Printer.

It is build around 4040 aluminium profiles, which i ordered from ebay. For this exact build you will need
4x 140 cm
and 20x 40 cm (i actually measured the width in height of every component to be implemented and picked the tightest fit (there is like 1.5 cm of space left and right of the printer).
Additionally i used "hobby glass" (i hate this stuff) and 3 mm high density fiberboard.

I do not recommend to fix the profiles only with the 3d printed parts, because it is a little bit shaky. I bought additional 10 professional corners to stabilize it.
The screws i used were M3x16mm and i needed almost 500 of them - it was a pain.

In case you are wondering where all the electronics are, they are in the middle compartment behind the controlpanel.
