Prusa Bear Y-Rod Holder no zipties (only screws)

Hi!

This thing is the Y-axis rod holder for Prusa Bear upgrade but with no zip-ties.

The rod is held in place with 2 pcs. M3 x 14 screws.

I printed in Polycarbonate with 4 perimeters, 8 top and bottom layers and 30% infill.

Althought the clamp is quite thin on the top (1mm), in order to secure clearance for the printing bed, I used Polycarbonate and the part is very strong. I paid attention not to have sharp corners on the clamp as there can accumulate a lot of stress (that can indu
