Cubex Feed Plate

This is a redesigned plate for the Cubex (Duo in my case) for use with bulk filament. The setup is too loose without using guides in some wasy so this is the solution for me. It feeds filament in through the top and has a slot for the metal adapter. There are two square chunks cut out of this to reduce the warping on the pad and cut out unneccesary structure. Along the 3 corners that don't have a fillet, I have added helper pads to aid in removing from the build plate.
