Servo Mount for MendelMax 2 Auto Bed Level

Description
This bracket affixes a standard micro-servo to the MendelMax 2 hot end carriage, using the front two mount points to allow an extended armature to raise/lower when using the Marlin auto bed level feature. The arm affixes to the front edge of the carriage and moves in a vertical plane aligned with the hot end nozzle, making setup easier even with other mods in place to either side.
