Nerf Dart

Dimensions: 12,12,72 mm. It's designed for shooting out of a Nerf gun, but it doesn't work because hard plastic can't make the necessary seal to hold in the air pressure required to launch.

It's also difficult to print precisely enough to even fit in a Nerf gun.
