Mouting bracket to install BMG clone (e.g. dotbit) to Ender 3 and have the lever on the top side.
The extruder tube is now better aligned as well to the printhead.

Besides the different orientation, this remix makes the mounting plate also thinner so that the original delivered screws can be re-used.
