UPDATE 05OCT2020: Added a lot more candle holder base configurations.

Candle holders for candles with a base of no more than 60mm. There are 2 parts, a candle base and a decoration that slides into a slot in the base. The decorations include classic imagery from winter festivals in some European countries.

There are 3 different base sizes: single, double, and quad. The double and quad have 2 variants each with different numbers of decoration slots.
