zooper-dooper closer

A couple of printed pieces that can be used to close a 'zooper-dooper' tube (or similar) so that it can be re-used to carry honey or condensed-milk or other liquid or paste as an alternative to runner's Gu.
Any plastic tubes (I use the ones that originally held flavoured ice and cut them in half) could be used but they need to be same or smaller width and not too thick plastic.
Makes a good but not a perfectly sealed closure, so expect some slight leakage over the duration of a marathon or ult
