Ender LCD knob with 3 wings.

I did want this style of a knob. Used original for a few days and it was really sharp you could literally cut your fingers so added a skirt. Also, 1 wing is not enough so added two more. I am new at CAD designed this in tinkercad took me 2 minutes so it might be a little rough. Also the skirt for mine was about 7-9 mm. I left 2 mm just in case. If yours don't click after install just put some washer inside the button so there is more clearance for button to click.
