This is designed to fit the plastic headlight housing 01-12 Ford Ranger headlights.
I designed it to use a Morimoto Bixenon H1 V 5.0 projector. (The newer 7.0 should fit fine, the D2S 5.0 may fit but you may have to use amp connector bulbs or D2H bulbs.)
I do not have any pictures as I have sold the truck but it fits perfect.
Couple things to keep in mind.
1. Needs to be printed in something high temp and strong. PETG or Nylon is a good choice.
2. I'd do a minimum of 20% infill.
