Lawsy's MK4 solidoodle extruder for ninjaflex

I needed a flexible filament extruder for my solidoodle, but I actually prefer the mk4 style tool mount, so I remixed this remix... :)
I also shaved some material off the bottom because it was hitting the fins on my older rev4 E3D hot end.

I found the filament guide to be too wide for my liking, so I drilled out the hole to 4mm and inserted a length of PTFE tubing drilled to 2.5mm to act as the actual guide. This also should have less friction than ABS. So far it works well.
