Brigstruder (e3d Titan / Stock Hotend or Microswiss for 3Dfused rail kits)

I recently purchased a 3Dfused rail kit, only to find that my existing Petsfang Titan setup would no longer work (different mount points). I decided to take this opportunity to fix some issues I was encountering, namely:
