Alternate top for Seafax's version 2 Predator cable tidy

This is a replacement top mount for Seafax's version 2 cable tidy which can be found here: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3624495/

Just felt that the mounting mechanism was a bit lacking, so I made a new one that is a bit sturdier and easier to mount IMO.

Can be mounted to either side of the extruder simply by mirroring it.

1. loosen the screws holding the springs to the extruder plate far enough that the tips of the screws are flush with the plate

2. Find a way to clamp the mount
