This is a small, generic rotating actuator.
Programmed with arduino (e.g. https://www.makerguides.com/28byj-48-stepper-motor-arduino-tutorial/) it allows to turn one axis with small Z-offset.
I used Arduino Nano. If possible, use the ones without the sockets soldered.
As it's programmable in speed, it can be also used as a 3D Scaning turn table.
just mount a Cake-Plate on top of it (no need to print, just glue or screw it!)
Add some lube (silicone or the one you use for your printer).
