Printrbot Plus Z-X Upgrade - Printable Parts

Bought my Z-X upgrade and before I tore everything down I decided to replace all the laser cut wood with printed versions.
Not included here is the Z axis nut carriage, because I replaced that multi part assembly with this single piece solution from from Innovationsystems:

Special note - These parts are tight. Get some needle files. This was a deliberate choice in the design as I wanted as little flex as possible.
