4cm hot-end fan Mount for Rostock

A derivative of grabercars' fan mount without an angel bracket to point the airflow directly at the hot-end insulator and keep it cooled during PLA prints.

Fan bracket 60 is a bracket with a 60° angle to mount a print cooling fan with Steve's hot-end (Rostock Max).
