Wiha 7-piece Screwdriver Pegboard Mounts

Not sure the full derivation of this holder, but this is derived directly from @bobot's version, so he gets the remix credit. Anyway, this is just made slightly narrower so that the screw holes are exactly 4 inches apart (i.e., just right for pegboard mounting).

I made two different variants. One is exactly like the original --- 2 lg / 3 med / 2 sm. The other is 2 lg / 2 med / 3 sm. Wiha like to keep you guessing with their sizes. :p
