Monoprice MP10 Bed Level Knob

I had attempted to find an existing knob for allowing easier adjustment of the MP10 print bed but could not find something that was adequate for my needs. Either the knob was too large (and thus not allowing the bed to slide between the uprights) or it was not designed to fit the existing knobs on the printer (press-fit).
