e3d v6 to 3Drag/K8200 adaptor

This adaptor fits e3d hotend to a 3Drag/K8200 printer,
without integrated fan duct (my hotend had a nice molded one
included).
Very simple but rigid and work well.

+1 pcs. adaptor.
+4 pcs. M3 nuts.
+4pcs M3x18mm (or longer) bolts. All 4 are included on your
standard hotend and can be reused.
