Its WLToys K989, modded a bit but its pretty simple.
There are some few mods i saw on Thingiverse, for wheels, for some spare parts so check them out.
This car is one of my best fun cars i tried, it is interesting how good it is made, there are a lot of upgrade parts which you can buy.
