Yet Another Gcode Viewer (YAGV) 0.3c

This is a slight modification of jonathanw's fantastic Python based g-code viewer. All the important work was done by jonathanw. My modifications simply add support for MakerWare and the Thing-o-matic. Tested using Anaconda 2.0.1 and pyglet 1.1.4 on Windows. At this time, the 32-bit Anaconda was required for pyglet.
