Stepped Cross

The cross is solid as shown in the blue rendering. To make the one with the lattice pattern I just turn the shell to zero and print only the infill. Setting shell to zero means the top, bottom, and walls are each zero. Then experiment with various infill patterns and percentages to get different results.
