Helikins

Continuing with the napkin ring series... Now a Helikin, sort of vaguely based on the Bell 47. Maybe we could do a Sea King and Black Hawk too...

**Update** - revision 02 is now thicker, and I found a few stray triangles here and there that might have cause the tailrotor to not slice quite right.
