Case for the Full Graphic Smart LCD Controller - Mendelmax outside

This is based on 195369 which is based on 87250.
I don't like to have the display mounted inside the print area as this limits the headroom for the print head. So I did the same as others by importing the STL re-mix of the original design and added some mount ears but to place it outside of the print area.
The knob is from another case and is easier to handle due to the bigger diameter.
Oh, and to save some print time I cut some of the nut holders, too.
