portable air conditioning v3

A portable AC using a 80mm fan and ice. Use the cup to put ice in the top and put the cup in the bottom when done filling. The fan will blow cold air and the ice will melt back into the cup. I have yet to test it and would love to hear some feedback. Thanks!
