Power Wheels Steering Column Sleeve

The steering column on a power wheels ATV I'm refurbishing for my little brother has a ton of play in it. The handles could turn quite a bit before actually turning the steering column. Turns out the vertical pipe for the handles was a bit too big for the actual steering column. So, I took some measurements and made a sleeve to fit between them.
