Portalcyclone CNC assembly reference

I'm currently printing the Portalcyclone CNC by azamo (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:238329), there are no instructions yet so I wanted to figure out how everything fits together so I assembled the STL objects into a single file. I still don't know where the nutholder.stl part is supposed to go.
*Farin pointed out that "the nutholder goes on the front of the ynutholder on the underside of the machine"*
