Longer Smartrap Z-probe Servo Arm

The original smartrap servo arm was too short to reach past the end of my j-head hot end.
I've borrowed CapnBry's servo arm design and modified it to work with my longer hot end and the horn on the tiny 3.7g pololu micro servo used on my smartrap build.
