NX-40.5filter mount

Attempt to make a retroadapter for Samsung NX lense with 40.5mm filter thread.
The filter thread pitch is 0.5mm, ie horizontal resolution has to be very fine. (Have not tested if 0.1mm layer hight would be enough to produce the thread).
