Prusa P3 Steel Z smooth and threated rod stop

Hi guys, i'm back with this new vitamina to improve stability of our P3 Steel!
I use smooth rod lenght as per wiki project dimensions (http://reprap.org/wiki/P3Steel) 320 mm but theese were free to move along Z axis, and threated rods were not fixed on the top plate causing a lot of rumors, so i decided to make these plates to improve stability and reduce noise of rotation.
With theese plates now i can print better and i use it since a lot of days, so they are tested well.
