Bike mount for S4/S5 holders

This mount can be attached to a bike stem and is designed to fit my S4 holders.
Parts needed:
4 M3 counter-sunk screws
2 M3 flat head screws
6 M3 knurl nuts (or regular M3 nuts)
The nuts is mounted using a solder iron. Place nut on sodler tip and carefully sink it into the plastic.
