Concept: Interchangable tools for delta robot (Rostock, kossel, etc)

The concept is a rotating tool carousel that intersects just enough with the build volume to present a tool to the robot's arms. This way you could automatically change filaments or switch between completely different tools (dremel, plotter pen, etc, etc)
