"Windowed Claws": 3D Printed Character Tracks for Betrayal at the House on the Hill

This is an update to ["Claws": 3D Printed Character Tracks for Betrayal at the House on the Hill](http://jumptoglide.com/notes/2014/5/7/claws-3d-printed-character-tracks-for-betrayal-at-the-house-on-the-hill). The original had triangular needles which didn't reach the far ends of the stat ranges. My update changes them to viewfinder windows that encompass numbers both in the middle of the range and the ends.
