Improve K8200 Z-Switch

To day it is raining so no hunting.
I were really disturbed on the Z-endpoint switch adjustment on my K8200 so it is to day or never.
Had some stuff laying around 200mm M6 rod some M6 nuts, glue, gearlock glue a longer screw to the Z-switch and some matching nuts to it.
Got the idea to K8200 from this guy who had made it for ultimaker.

Liked his knob as I reused ( inported it to scad it is the file Z_thumbnut.stl so that is not the one you will p
