sometimes the merc company needs fire support but the cannons are too heavy to wheel in ... in those cases the infantry divisions often have two man teams of light mortars to give the troops on the frontline some support. though being kobold mortars the power they can dish out is usally on pair with that of a handgrenade, making it rather useless against armored opponents. comes with supported and unsupported verions.
