E3D V6 Offset 40mm Fan Duct

I'm working on mounting a E3D hot end on a RIgidbot printer using the 24v fan and heater cartridge that comes with the printer. This is the fan adapter portion of that effort. The fan attaches to it with 1/2 inch #4 wood screws available at Home Depot.
