Filament guide with wheel for Ultimaker 2

Replacement part for Ultimaker 2: filament guide with rotating wheel containing 2 tracks. The wheel can be attached and removed after printing.
I decided to make this because the standard supplied filament guide started to wear after several weeks of use. Grooves appear in the track that cause friction and squeaky noises when filament is pulled through. This printed replacement part should last a lot longer.
Print complete. No additional parts required.
